Tony Stark's graduated and elected to return home for now, so I'm afraid congratulations might have to be directed towards one of his teammates to bring back with them when they depart, or otherwise wait until he returns. [If he does, because man seriously Charles would not blame him at all if he elected to stay home permanently.

But then again, Charles has hated the Barge for a long time so maybe he's a little biased. :V]

But it can still be difficult for people to trust someone with that capability not to abuse it.

I'm not just talking about dying in port, or making deals. For some people, this is literally their last chance, and they have to go through hell to get it, with no guarantee of success. For every inmate who's graduated, there have been dozens who have vanished without a trace, and for most, that means they're dead. I'd say that's a fairly high stakes game.

He's an inventor from a world not too different from ours, [In that they have Captain America and Stark Industries because fu Fox idwiw.] and created a suit of armor for himself so he could fly around protecting innocent people and generally doing good where he could. He calls himself Iron Man, so I guess the codenames caught on.
