When Mr. Stark and Loki first came on board, Loki decided to manipulate him by befriending him. Mr. Stark was from before the Avengers Initiative took place and didn't know Loki was someone he shouldn't trust, and I didn't either because he obviously wasn't in his file. He was angry he was trying to pull the same stunt with you.
