[There's a little, secret skill Tony has. Not one he uses often, sure, but it's there none-the-less. And it's the wonderful ability to push buttons. To piss people off in probably the worst ways. He's done it to Pepper, Rhodey, and Steve back home, always just defaults to it.
So, really, he was expecting Charles to barge in. Expecting him to the point where he's just sitting backwards in his chair, arms crossed over the top, raising his eyebrows at the Professor as he slams the door, goes into instant lecture mode.
The thing is, Charles, Tony doesn't care right now. Which might be why he's just sturgeon faceing frowning, in response, pausing for just a moment before letting a smirk pull at his lips.]
